Drip Shine Terms & Conditions Deposits & Cancellations

A £15 deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final balance.
Bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment.

Vehicle Condition
All package prices are “from” rates based on small/medium vehicles in average condition.
Larger vehicles, pet hair, or heavily soiled interiors may incur a surcharge, confirmed before work begins.

Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring safe access and parking space for us to carry out work.

Weather
Light rain will not affect service. In severe weather conditions, Drip Shine may reschedule appointments at no additional cost.

Liability
We are fully insured and use only safe methods/products. Drip Shine will not be liable for pre-existing damage or defects.
